Time from order to arrival at your door - 3 - 5 business days (approximate - times will vary)
Once your order is processed & has shipped you will receive a tracking number to track the status of your delivery. Keep your eyes peeled!
If you would like to return your brolly - get in touch within 14 days by emailing contact@thehappybrollymovement.com
(remember to quote your order number)
You then have a further 14 days to return the products.
A QR code returns label will be sent to you which you can use to return your umbrella. A flat postage fee of £4.00 will be deducted from your total refund.
If you are outside the UK and are desperate for a new brolly please get in touch and I will look at adding a delivery option for you ASAP!
Please don't try to return without confirmation & a QR code as I can't guarantee I will receive your parcel!
Before your brolly is shipped to you it is thoroughly checked for any defects, if you do encounter a problem and you believe your umbrella is faulty please get in touch!
