Where it all started ......
The Happy Brolly Movement came from my belief of what an umbrella should not be. An umbrella should not be dull or miserable. And we definitely should not add to the doom & gloom of a rainy day with our choice of essentials!
Instead, an umbrella should bring a little bit of sunshine to a day that might otherwise be grey and I think we could all do with more of that!
A UK based small business - built from scratch in the year 2024 and proudly launching in March 2025 with an aim to bring a little light, a little fun & a little joy to you and to everyone who sees you walking blissfully down the street with your brand new brolly.
Currently a one person team (that's me in the photo) I create these sunny designs & enlist help to bring them to life in the form of an umbrella that is both affordable and good for the planet in its materials and durability.
I am committed to investing back into both people & the planet.
